How It Works

Fee Changes coming TBD

The reservation process works like this:

At 8:00 am one day prior to game day, the reservation system will open up for all registered players to reserve a spot (you can register here if you have not yet). All annual players can reserve a player spot and all drop-in players can place their name on the waiting list. At 12:00 pm on game day, all vacancies on the player roster will be filled with those from the waiting list and each player will be sent an email informing them of the change in their player status. If your plans change at anytime, its up to each player to change their status accordingly. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge applied to your account which will be due prior to you playing your next game. The reservation system will close at 6:00 pm game day and changes to your reservation will no longer be possible. If an emergency arises, please contact us directly.

The first 22 players & 2 goalies to respond get to play the following day. This gives all those interested in playing an opportunity to reply while maintaining a proper balance of players.

If you end up on the waiting list because the player list is full and a player cancels, the first person on the waiting list will be moved from the waiting list to the player list to fill the vacancy. At that point, an email will be sent to the player that they are now one of the 22 players. If they can no longer make it, they must remove their name and the process will repeat itself.
